Originally from Brazil, Davi Cadore represent one of the most popular club in his coutry, Corinthians. Davi is training with Davie Nadadores since May. Last year had a shoulder surgery and choose our program to put himself on the top of his form.
Davi will go back to Brazil this month where will participate at Nationals looking forward for great performance on 200 and 400 IMs his best events.

Back from Kuwait, Yousef Alaskari carried extra luggage. At 2010 Arabic Gulf Swimming Championship, he won 5 gold medals at Junior Championship and another 3 silver medals at Open Championship. A junior at American Heritage, Alaskari will skip the Asian Games due to the high school season. Last year, he was third on 100 fly with a All American time.
India will host the Commonwealth Games for the first time in 80 years of one the most important multi sports international games of the world. Will be in New Dehli, where athletes of 17 sports and representing 73 countries will be present.
Davie Nadadores will be there too! Three of our swimmers qualified for this important meet. Aaron DSouza was the biggest winner at Indian Nationals with 5 golds and 3 silvers and guarantee his spot on the National Team of India. This was right after participate at 2010 Youth Olympic Games where he make the semifinals on 100 freestyle.
For the first time ever, Arti Ghorpade and Jyotsna Pansare are selected for the National Team of India. Arti had a great Senior Nationals dropping times on 200 free, 200 IM and make the team on the 4 x 200 free relay. Jo will be the top Indian swimmer on the sprint events.
Congratulations kids and good luck on your meet. Commonwealth Games will be in New Dehli, India, from October 3rd to 14th.

A young butterflier, Sidrell Williams is from Jamaica and joined Davie Nadadores this summer. A member of the 2010 Carifta Jamaican National Team, Sidrell is a great addition to our Super Power 13-14 boys team who is training hard towards to Winter Champs in November.

Felipe Lima made finals at 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championship with a personal best time on 100 breast with 1:00:88. In the finals, Felipe finished 8th place making this the first finalist swimmer of Davie Nadadores at Major International Swim Meet. Felipe with his new best time showed how great has been his work and effort improving his old time even on the new era of "no technology suits".
His PB time 1:00:88 post him at 20th place at 2010 World Ranking the best position ever for any Davie Nadadores swimmer. Last year, Daniele Tirabassi was our best result finishing 74th place at 200 freestyle.
Felipe also swam the 50 breastroke finishing 10th with 27:94.

Bradley Alley from Barbados, graduated in UF Gators and semifinalist in 200 IM in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games decided to start his 2010-2011 season at Davie Nadadores.
Bradley will spend one month with us before going to Marseille, where he will train at the order of Coach Romain Barnier trying a new challenge for the coming season.

The 2007 World Championship Medalist in 100 fly Albert Subirats decided to spend a month of his preparation at Davie Nadadores.
Albert, 24 years old from Venezuela joined our program 3 weeks ago and he will stay one more week before going back to Europe, where he trains year around.
He is already focus on his next important competitions as Short Course World Champs in Dubai (December 2010) and Long Course World Champs in Shangai (July 2011).

Yousef Almusallam won for the first time on his career an individual title at 2010 Arabic Gulf Swimming Championship. Swimming for his country Kuwait, Yousef won a gold medal at 200 breast 13-14 age group with a personal best 2:47:70. Almusallam also won a silver medal at 100 breast with a personal best 1:18:92.

Today at our daily camp classroom we received the visit of the World Championship Medalist Albert Subirats and Daniele Tirabassi who shared some moments with our campers talking about their swimming experiences.
